About the Job

Are you passionate about Defence industry and looking to contribute to a dynamic, supportive, and growing team? Were seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from experienced and passionate Project Support professionals to join upcoming Defence projects based in Canberra.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project support tasks including administration and coordination.
• Support project reporting requirements at various levels to different audiences, both internal and external to Defence.
• Provide administrative support to various project workshops.
• Communicate, respond and provide advice to a range of project stakeholders.
• Assist with project financial planning, tracking of project budgets including development of key document supporting Commonwealth procurement processes.

About You

• Australian Citizen with a minimum AGSVA NV2 Clearance.
• A project management qualification and/or certification.
• Defence experience in EW, Land or Maritime domain.
• Relevant project management experience.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leading teams of various sizes.
• Be a clear communicator both written and verbally.
• Be a team player with a can-do attitude.
