Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling designs, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media content, brochures, websites, and product packaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines.
  • Design and develop creative assets, including logos, icons, banners, infographics, and mockups.
  • Prepare and refine design drafts, incorporating feedback to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
    • Familiarity with video editing and animation tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Blender (preferred).
    • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding principles.
    • Experience with creating designs for both digital (social media, web) and print (brochures, posters).
  • Creative Skills:

    • Strong storytelling and visual design abilities to translate ideas into eye-catching visuals.
    • Ability to innovate while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • General Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
