Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:

    • Identify new business opportunities and drive client acquisition efforts.
    • Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  2. Revenue Management:

    • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
    • Explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients.
  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
  4. Market Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and client needs.
    • Provide insights to refine the companys service offerings and positioning.
  5. Partnerships & Networking:

    • Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  6. Team Coordination:

    • Work closely with the operations, marketing, and creative teams to deliver high-quality events.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior team members in the commercial department.
  7. Financial Oversight:

    • Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and financial planning for projects.
    • Track and report on revenue and profitability metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the event management industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with event planning and execution processes is an advantage.
