Product Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Designer who ships real products. You'll own design across mobile (iOS & Android) and web — from early concepts to final developer handoffs — working closely with engineers and PMs in an agile environment.

What You'll Do

• Design across iOS, Android, and responsive web — end-to-end, from wireframes to production handoffs.
• Build and maintain the product design system in Figma.
• Collaborate actively with engineers in Jira-based agile sprints — not just hand off files.
• Translate product requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences.
• Document designs thoroughly so developers never have to guess intent.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience shipping real consumer or marketplace products — not concept work or freelance branding.
• Portfolio with 2–3 case studies of live, production apps with your role clearly defined. Figma access required.
• Shipped experience on iOS, Android, and responsive web — all three.
• Figma mastery: components, variants, auto-layout, design systems, Dev Mode.
• Comfortable reading HTML/CSS — must understand how designs get built.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and component libraries (shadcn, MUI, or similar).
• Has built or maintained a design system before.
• Worked with developers in agile/Jira workflows.

Bonus Points

• RTL layout experience and Arabic typography fluency.
• Background in marketplace or gig economy products.
