About the Role:

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans for complex systems that integrate hardware, software, and mechanical components. Your Impact:

  • Test Specification and Execution: Develop detailed test specifications and cases that cover system-wide and component-specific testing, ensuring thorough coverage of both software and hardware elements.
  • Setup and Configuration: Create and configure test environments, including the deployment of appropriate hardware and software tools, to simulate real-world scenarios in laboratory settings.
  • Analysis and Problem Solving: Analyze test results, identify issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the best course of action for resolving problems.
  • Process Improvement: Lead efforts to enhance the testing process through automation and the implementation of CI/CD practices, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with product owners, system architects, and engineers in a multidisciplinary Scrum team, contributing to the development of high-quality, reliable products.

We're Looking For:

  • Experienced Tester: A seasoned test engineer with at least 6 years of experience in testing systems that combine hardware, software, and mechanical components.
  • Analytical and Creative Thinker: Strong analytical skills with a creative approach to developing challenging test scenarios and methods.
  • Team Player: An ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge and experience with testing methodologies such as TMAP, TPI, ISEB, or ISTQB, and proficiency in scripting languages for test automation.
  • Continuous Learner: A willingness to adopt new techniques and share knowledge, with a strong desire to improve both personally and professionally.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate in an international context.
  • Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices is a plus.
