Your Impact
- Lead and manage work streams within multi-disciplinary teams (developers, consultants, architects) delivering complex automation and AI solutions.
- Act as a primary client interface for assigned engagements, owning delivery quality, and contributing to relationship development.
- Co-lead solution architecture and delivery roadmaps, bridging business requirements with AI and automation capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, governance models, and execution playbooks.
- Actively support business development and pre-sales, including scoping, proposal writing, and client presentations across key industries such as insurance, financial services, and manufacturing.
- Proactively embed emerging AI capabilities (e.g. Agentic AI, RAG, ML) into client solutions and delivery approaches.
You are good at
- Designing digital, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Building robust business cases, RFPs, and value narratives to support AI investments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven experience crafting compelling storylines and presentations for clients.
- Communicating confidently with senior client stakeholders, including steering committees.
- Managing teams and collaborating effectively across disciplines.
- Applying agile delivery methodologies in complex environments.
- Demonstrating ownership, flexibility, and a structured problem-solving mindset.
- Navigating complexity and ambiguity while keeping teams aligned and focused.
What Youll Bring
- 4+ years of consulting experience, with experience leading workstreams or small teams
- Bachelors degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Experience delivering or shaping AI solutions or conceptual frameworks (preferred)
- Fluency in German and English (must have)
- Experience in one or more of the top sectors: telecom, retail, banking, insurance, or travel (nice to have)
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Solid commercial and business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
- Strong passion for AI, innovation, and creating tangible business outcomes
- Willingness to travel as required by clients.
