Role and Responsibilities.

You will:

  • be supporting residents and service users in care homes and at home.
  • be assisting with personal care, nutrition and fluids, medication, companionship etc

You may be asked:

  • to support with medication,
  • assist with meals and daily needs of the service users. ·
  • Help with domestic duties as required. ·
  • You will need to:
  • Complete daily notes, either via in house record systems, mobile phone app, or paper- based notes.
  • Interact with the residents and service users to engage in stimulating conversation.
  • Be confident to offer practical and emotional support to residents, services and families.
  • Collaborate with significant others.
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Have a caring nature and a positive attitude

  • Complete CPD accredited Training Courses
