Web Development Intern (Kandy)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Web Development Interns to join our team for our future projects in Kandy. This is a currently remote and part time with a potential to convert as full-time internship position in future, that offers hands-on experience in web development and the opportunity to work on real projects for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with our team of developers and designers to assist in the development of websites and web applications

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new website features and functionalities

- Write clean and efficient code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues

- Conduct research on emerging web development trends and technologies

- Assist in the maintenance and updates of existing websites

- Provide support to clients and address any technical questions or concerns

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Experience with WordPress and other Content Management Systems

- Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Passion for web development and eagerness to learn and improve skills
