Borrower Acquisition Lead - SCF

What you’ll do:

• Lead Borrower acquisition and onboarding for Supply Chain Financing business in our P2P Lending company.

• Explore and understand the E2E business process of prospective borrowers, finding the paint points and gap, then provide the most suitable SCF solution.

• Collaborate and liaise with cross-functions e.g. Lending Ops and Legal to onboard the borrowers.

• Act as the main contact of the borrowers, including but not limited to disbursement and repayment, you will be there anytime they are in need.

• Cross-sell non-SCF products to the borrowers.

4. You have at least 4 years of experience providing financing or lending solutions to MSMEs in Indonesia.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
6. Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in assessing business and credit situations.
7. Demonstrate clear, logical thinking and strong communication skills when engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
8. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team to achieve shared goals.
