About the job Principal Acquisition Manager - SCF
What you’ll do:
Lead Principal acquisition and onboarding for Supply Chain Financing business in our P2P Lending company.
Explore and understand the E2E business process of Principal's ecosystem, finding the paint points and gap, then provide the most suitable SCF solution
Analyse the Principal's financial and business going concerns in high level
Conduct market and industry analysis
Collaborate and liaise with cross-functions e.g. Lending Ops and Legal to onboard the Principal.
Act as the main contact of the Principals, will be there anytime they are in need.
Cross-sell non-SCF products to SCF ecosystem

Demonstrate clear, logical thinking and excellent communication skills when engaging with internal teams and external partners.
Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team to achieve shared goals.
