Talent Acquisition Intern

Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring across head office roles and upcoming expansion. Youll work closely with me and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, particularly for tech, product, and commercial positions.

What you'll be doing:

• Source candidates for tech, product, and commercial roles through various job portals
• Actively identify and reach out to potential candidates across different sourcing channels
• Screen CVs and conduct initial screenings
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage and update our ATS regularly (Manatal, DarwinBox)
• Help keep recruitment processes structured and organized
• Support team expansion as we grow into new markets

Who were looking for:

• Final year student or fresh graduate (Business, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, HR, or related field)
• Background in Business or Industrial Engineering is a plus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with systems and tools
• Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Confident communicating with candidates
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
• Interested in startup, tech, and growth environments
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) required
