Job Description:
Team Leadership
1. Provide effective leadership to the sales team, motivating and guiding them to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
2. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments such sales operations & strategy, merchant happiness & Lending operations
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Monitor and enforce adherence to pricing guidelines, sales policies, and contractual obligations
Sales Planning execution
1. Responsible for the execution of project events and daily/weekly route planning
2. Responsible to ensure teams productivity are met
3. Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and generate reports on sales performance, including key metrics such as sales revenue, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Merchant Relationship
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchant
2. Address merchants inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of merchants satisfaction
3. Collaborate with the MSE & MSR to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business
Job Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Proven leadership ability with experience managing and motivating team.
3. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience; experience in strategic planning or business strategy is a plus
4. Strong track record in sales with solid hands-on field experience
5. Industry background in FMCG, Telecommunications, Banking, or E-commerce preferred
6. Willingness to relocate and work across various regions throughout Indonesia
