About the job Key Account Specialist
BukuWarung is scaling fast into enterprise & multi-outlet merchants across F&B, retail, and services. Were looking for a Key Account Specialist who can close enterprise deals, scale outlets at speed, and build long-term strategic accounts.
What Youll Do
- Own and grow enterprise & multi-outlet key accounts.
- Drive large-scale outlet activation through HQ-led and regional execution.
- Engage directly with HQ stakeholders (business, ops, finance).
- Structure commercially solid deals that work for both clients and the business.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure fast, smooth onboarding.
- Identify real client problems and turn them into scalable opportunities.
Build long-term, high-impact partnerships.
What Were Looking For
- 2–4 years in Key Account / Enterprise Sales / B2B Business Development.
- Proven experience handling multi-outlet or enterprise clients.
- Strong grasp of sales economics (pricing, MDR, margins).
- Commercial mindset — you think in structure and impact, not just pitch decks.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Tech, and Finance.
- Clear communicator, structured thinker, results-driven.
Big Plus If You Have
- Fintech, QRIS, payment, or POS experience.
- Exposure to franchise or retail chains.
- Experience running pilots, rollouts, or MVPs at scale.
