Key Responsibilities

  • Own Growth Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy for merchant retention, activation, and engagement across all BukuWarung products

  • Build Experimentation Culture: Establish A/B testing frameworks, define experiment roadmaps, and drive a culture of data-driven decision making

  • Drive User Experience Improvements: Identify friction points in merchant journeys and prioritize UX improvements with measurable impact

  • Define Success Metrics: Establish and own growth KPIs including retention rate, activation rate, and user engagement metrics

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Data, Marketing, and Business teams to align growth initiatives with company goals

  • User Research: Understand merchant needs, pain points, and behaviors to inform product decisions


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth, retention, or user engagement

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is strongly preferred

  • Experience with consumer or SMB products (B2C or B2B2C) in SEA markets

  • Proven track record of running A/B tests and experiments with measurable business impact

  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and data-driven prioritization

  • Experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, internal tools)

  • Ability to work autonomously — define own roadmap, set priorities, and drive execution with minimal direction

  • Excellent communication skills — can influence stakeholders and present to leadership

  • Strong user research skills — comfortable conducting interviews, usability tests, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights

  • Experience in agile methodologies
