About the Position
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies for both mass hiring (high-volume roles). This role ensures the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent efficiently, while maintaining hiring quality, speed, and a strong candidate experience.
1. Experience & Recruitment Leadership

Lead and manage end-to-end mass recruitment operations across multiple regions.

Design and execute scalable hiring strategies to meet business targets.

Build strong talent pipelines for operations and sales field roles.

Continuously improve hiring processes, tools, and assessment methods.

Communicate recruitment plans, challenges, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.

Manage difficult conversations related to hiring changes, delays, or restructuring.

Influence senior leaders on people and hiring decisions through strong insights.

Identify bottlenecks in mass recruitment and implement corrective actions.

Diagnose underperformance in hiring funnels and optimize conversion rates.

Prioritize improvement areas based on impact and urgency.

Develop structured recruitment dashboards and reporting systems.

Track and analyze key metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, funnel conversion, SLA).

Provide regular performance updates to management.

Select, onboard, and manage external recruitment vendors and partners.

Set clear performance KPIs and accountability frameworks.

Take corrective actions for underperforming vendors, including reallocation or termination.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the unique talent needs (e.g: field sales) compared to other functions.
- Design tailored sourcing, assessment, and onboarding approaches to ensure candidates are field-ready, compliant, and able to perform effectively.

Identify and mitigate recruitment-related fraud risks.

Establish early warning systems for suspicious activities.

Lead investigations and coordinate with internal stakeholders when fraud is suspected.

Build strong partnerships with field leaders and operations teams.

Conduct regular field visits, interviews, and focus group discussions.

Align hiring plans with real operational needs.

Develop long-term TA strategies aligned with business growth.

Optimize recruitment channels and budget allocation.

Build and structure high-performing TA teams.

Ensure clear ownership and accountability across the team.
Design onboarding and early-tenure engagement programs.

Analyze cohort performance and attrition trends.

Implement preventive retention initiatives.

Support career development for TA team members.

Prepare hiring teams for peak recruitment cycles.

Forecast manpower needs and resource requirements.

Implement contingency and backup plans.

Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.

Keep teams motivated during intensive hiring periods.

Recognize achievements and promote continuous learning.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

6–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to mass hiring.

Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment operations.

Experience working with recruitment vendors and field teams.
-
Strong knowledge of hiring analytics and ATS systems.
-
Exposure to fraud prevention and compliance is a plus.
