About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mass Hiring), you will be responsible for executing high-volume recruitment campaigns and ensuring daily hiring targets are achieved efficiently. You will work closely with the TA team to drive sourcing, screening, and coordination activities while maintaining strong funnel health and candidate experience.

This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone who is hands-on, target-driven, and comfortable working with large candidate volumes in a fast-paced environment.


What you’ll do

- Execute end-to-end mass hiring process for field, sales, and operational roles

- Actively source candidates through job portals, social media, communities, referrals, and offline channels

- Conduct bulk screening calls and initial assessments to ensure quality shortlist

- Coordinate interview schedules and manage interview day operations

- Maintain candidate pipeline data accurately in tracking systems

- Track daily funnel metrics (applications, screened, interview, pass rate, joiners)

- Support hiring event execution and partnership initiatives

- Ensure strong candidate communication and fast turnaround time

- Escalate funnel bottlenecks and propose practical improvements

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition (mass hiring or high-volume recruitment preferred – internship experience included)

- Comfortable handling large daily screening volume

- Strong execution mindset and target-oriented

- Familiar with sourcing via job portals and social platforms

- Detail-oriented and disciplined in data tracking

- Able to work fully onsite (WFO) in South Jakarta

- Contract-based role
