Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Operations

  • Own the influencer funnel end-to-end: sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, training, campaign briefing, and performance management.

  • Manage relationships with agency partners and optimize vendor costs.

  • Oversee influencer mission programs, competitions, and commission-based systems (CPS) as part of Para Bintang BukuWarung (PBB) community.

  • Create and maintain influencer tracking systems (CRM, dashboards, and payout processes).

2. Content & Campaign Management

  • Co-develop content strategy aligned with BukuAgen and BukuPay campaigns — including sales missions, festive competitions, and product education videos.

  • Guide influencers to communicate product value propositions clearly (EDC ownership benefits, zero target, multiple income streams, etc.).

  • Review and approve influencer content for brand accuracy, compliance, and conversion focus.

  • Coordinate creative briefs with internal content and telesales teams.

3. Performance & Analytics

  • Track and analyze influencer-driven sales performance across digital channels (influencer, live-streaming, organic social, CRM).

  • Continuously optimize CAC, conversion rates, and ROI across campaigns.

  • Develop weekly performance dashboards and share actionable insights to leadership.

4. Community Building

  • Manage and grow the Para Bintang BukuWarung (PBB) community — build engagement, organize challenges, and increase retention among top-performing influencers.

  • Initiate regional and digital events to boost sales motivation and strengthen loyalty.

  • Build referral loops within the community to attract new creators organically.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or digital sales operations (agency or brand side).

  • Strong understanding of creator economy dynamics and TikTok ecosystem.

  • Proven experience managing performance-based influencer programs (CPS/CPI).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with comfort in data tools (e.g., Sheets, dashboards, or MMPs).

  • Passionate about empowering MSMEs and the fintech ecosystem in Indonesia.
