What You'll Do
- Conduct KYC and KYB verification by reviewing merchant/customer identity, business profile, ownership, and supporting documents.
Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) to assess merchant eligibility, risk indicators, and potential inconsistencies.
Conduct merchant calls or video calls when required to collect, validate, and clarify data or information needed for onboarding assessment.
Record verification results, findings, and recommendations clearly within SLA for audit trail and decision support.
Support onboarding and registration processes by applying a risk-aware approach to identify potential fraud, compliance, or data inconsistency issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on merchant registration, onboarding checks, and follow-up actions.

Strong communicator, confident in conducting merchant calls/video calls, and able to ask relevant verification questions professionally.
Highly detail-oriented with strong focus on manual document, data, and information checking.
Analytical, eager to learn, and a good team player who can collaborate across functions.
Comfortable in a data-driven environment, with basic Excel/Spreadsheet skills such as filter view, pivot, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, etc.
Prior experience in KYC, KYB, CDD, ECDD, fraud review, or merchant verification is strongly preferred.
Demonstrates a risk-aware mindset, balancing operational efficiency with fraud prevention and compliance requirements.
