About the job Associate Growth Manager (Loyalty)
Job Description:
Identifying, incorporating, and applying best practices to retain mitra & increase value from existing users through various activities with available channel
Responsible to create and initiate monthly activities /thematic strategy for Tiering, Poin, rewards, vouchers that could engage our mitra and improve the conversion
Able to communicate with various team on coordinate the loyalty & retention strategy (collaborate with Subsidy, MD, partnership, etc)
Manage operations from merchandise redemption deliver and troubleshoot with vendor
Manage Loyalty budget & P&L for operations ensuring balance ratio between cost vs revenue generated
Define communication plan to increase Loyalty Program uptake and redemption
Job Requirement:
3 years+ experience in Startup, Telecommunications, Bank, or FMCG
Bachelor degree from Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
High proficiency in data
Creative thinker
Have experience in stock management (forecast, recap, allocate)
Proficient in data analysis platform (tableau, looker, sql, google sheet, excel)
Experienced in partnership division is a plus
Experienced in managing at least 1 person is a plus
