About the job Sales Development & Marketing Manager

Role Purpose

To lead, structure, and scale a high-performing outbound sales and marketing team focused on identifying and converting new business opportunities including distributors, retailers, airlines/cruises, hotel chains and e-commerce partners for a client's products across priority global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global outbound sales and digital prospecting campaigns
  • Drive the sales funnel from lead generation to opportunity hand-off
  • Generate Unique and Qualified Data as per ICP (Ideal Customer Profiles)
  • Develop regional channel partner strategies and target account listings
  • Develop Email Content, Call Scripts and other related activities
  • Manage a small team of SDRs and ensure KPI performance
  • Generate high-quality MQLs and monitor SQL progression

KPIs

  • 5+ MQLs/month (individual)
  • 20+ MQLs/month (team target)
  • 20 qualified meetings/month
  • Opportunity conversion ratio 4 % From 1000 Unique Target Ideal Customers
  • Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM records and ensure timely follow-up on assigned leads and tasks
  • Maintain and Manage Prospects, Customers Data and Funnel Analysis

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelors or masters degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of outbound sales, global telemarketing and channel development experience
  • Global FMCG or personal care category exposure
  • Familiarity with GTM tools: Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CRM, JIRA, MS Project
  • Strong written/spoken communication and stakeholder engagement
