Role Overview:
Were hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage international inbound inquiries, execute outbound prospecting campaigns, and support Lead generation efforts. The resource should have proven experience of running the Marketing campaign engine with updated tools set for international market. This role is key to fueling our sales pipeline and delivering value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Development
- Personalize and execute outbound messaging sequences through marketing campaigns using Salesforce CRM and relevant tools.
- Identify and target potential clients through LinkedIn, cold email, and data tools.
- Design smart email content for campaigns that is aligned with company services and best fit for international market.
- Book qualified meetings with companies leadership / relevant stakeholders.
- Track outreach activities and engagement in the CRM.
Inbound Lead Qualification
- Handle incoming leads from LinkedIn, websites, forms, social channels, referrals etc.
- Qualify leads based on fitness criteria, hiring needs, and decision-making ability.
- Schedule discovery or demo calls with qualified prospects.
- Maintain detailed records of all communication in the CRM.
Lead Generation Support
- Conduct research to build high-quality, segmented prospect lists.
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to define ideal customer profiles.
- Use tools to enrich data and improve outreach success rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize lead generation tactics.
Performance Metrics:
- Meetings booked per week
- Cold outreach response and conversion rates.
- Lead qualification accuracy and feedback loops.
- CRM hygiene and reporting consistency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, lead generation.
- Proven experience of setting-up and executing marketing campaign engines.
- Proficient with LinkedIn prospecting, cold email tools, and Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Strong research, organization, and follow-up discipline.
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and able to work independently.
- Plus: Experience in closing the deals.
