We're looking for a Solution Architect, Leader. You will be responsible for driving architecture activities that inform the development of technology solutions with a particular focus on Data & Analytics platform. You will play critical role in driving technology solutions, guiding design decisions and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of solution architects and solution designers providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical to understand business needs, define solution requirements, and develop architectural designs that meet both functional and non-functional requirements
• Drive the development and maintenance of a comprehensive solution architecture framework that encompasses technology standards, best practices, and design principles
• Provide strategic guidance on technology trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to influence and shape the overall technology roadmap
• Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to ensure solutions adhere to architectural guidelines, security standards, scalability, and performance requirements
• Identify and evaluate risks associated with solution architecture and propose mitigating strategies to ensure successful project delivery
• Close collaboration with both internal architects and external solution partners to ensure alignment and effective integration into overall architecture

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent discipline
• Proven 12 years of experience as a solution architect, with a track record of designing and delivering complex, scalable and robust solutions in analytics, reporting and BI space
• Proficiency in wide range of technology domains, such as cloud computing, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, databases, security and integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries(e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience solution design using Azure cloud platforms and related services for deploying BI/analytics and advanced analytics/machine learning solutions
• Familiarwith big data technologies and data processing pipelines(e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
• Familiar with machine learning algorithms, data science methodologies and statistical analysis
• Familiar with programming languages like Python, R, or similar
• Familiar with provisioning solutions that support MLOps is a plus
• Certification Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect is highly desired
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and inspire the team
• Proven ability to influence and drive consensus in a cross-functional and matrixed organization
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities with strong attention to detail and ability to think strategically
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
