Overview:

A world-renowned luxury hospitality brand, boasting some of the best luxurious hotels and resorts in the world, is currently seeking a proficient and dynamic Finance Manager for its flagship property in Singapore.

About the Role

This Finance Manager is to ensure adherence to all accounting and hotel policies and procedures, with timely reporting and submission of requirements to Corporate office, Owners and / or any statutory requirements. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Finance.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Assistant Director of Finance in month-end closing and reporting

• Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and account analysis

• Assist in GST reporting, corporate tax returns, and other relevant statutory tax reporting

• Attend to external / internal auditors requests and queries

• Perform credit reviews of corporate companies for credit applications

• Weekly review of long stay guests payment status

• Chairs monthly credit meeting

• Engage in process enhancements and participate in special projects

• Train and develop team members

• Cover team members where necessary

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in similar capacity within the Hospitality industry

• Familiar with SUN Accounting system, PMS (Opera), POS system and Credit Card Merchant Platform

• Good Accounting Knowledge

• Good understanding of the Uniform System of Accounting in the Lodging Industry ( USALI) and FRS Reporting
