Overview:
A globally acclaimed luxury hospitality brand known for its iconic hotels and resorts worldwide is currently in search of a proficient and dynamic Assistant Director of Sales Leisure to join their flagship property in Singapore.
About the Role
The Assistant Director of Sales will play a pivotal role in expanding the hotels business through proactive sales strategies, marketing initiatives and exceptional customer relationships, particularly in the America and Europe leisure markets. His/her mission is to drive revenue growth while upholding the brands renowned reputation for luxury.
Responsibilities:
1) Develop Sales Strategies
To assess client segmentation to enhance portfolio strength.
Analyze competitor landscape and customer demand to uncover sales opportunities.
Innovate and establish new sales channels and networks.
2) Manage Client Relationships
Make informed decisions on deviations from signed sales contracts.
Lead service recovery efforts to ensure guest and customer retention.
3) Drive Sales Activities
Conduct hotel inspections and host key clients.
Oversee staff performance to meet departmental sales targets.
Negotiate sales contracts and maintain a high level of client engagement.
4) Finance and Reporting
Present sales reports and provide recommendations for informed decision making.
Review partnerships within sales channels to foster growth.
Participate in industry events, trade exhibitions and sales trips for networking and lead generation.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Leisure Sales within the luxury hotel industry.
Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
Extensive exposure to American and European markets.
Demonstrated ability to lead and train team members effectively.
