Who Were Looking For
We are seeking a full-time Social Media & Business Support Specialist to manage social media presence and provide day-to-day business support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in managing content calendars, influencer partnerships, and customer communications. This role requires someone proactive, comfortable working independently, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Social Media Management

  • Own and manage the content calendar, including scheduling posts via Buffer
  • Collaborate on planning and executing social media campaigns
  • Manage influencer relationships and scout new influencers

Business Support

  • Handle customer support and billing issues in Stripe, including post-launch queries
  • Manage public-facing inboxes and mailboxes to ensure timely, professional responses

Good to Have

  • Ability to create high-quality AI-generated content
  • Light design skills for content or campaign support

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in social media account management (planning, scheduling, and engagement)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service experience, ideally with billing tools such as Stripe
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Technical Requirements

  • High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection)
  • Reliable computer setup with power and internet backup
  • Tools experience: Buffer (required), Stripe (preferred)

Rates and Expectations

  • Full-time Role
  • Rate: $7-8 per hour
  • Work Schedule: Australian business hours (AUS time zone)
  • Location: Philippines preferred, but open to anywhere
