Who You Are
Were looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on creating meaningful first impressions, identifying high-potential opportunities, and setting the stage for successful customer relationships. You're comfortable reaching out to new prospects, re-engaging warm leads, and nurturing conversations that open doors to revenue. You have the ability to listen actively, ask the right questions, and confidently guide prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel. Persistence, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset are the keys to success in this role. While this role focuses on pipeline building, experience handling the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing is strongly preferred.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in sales development, cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferred).
- Full-cycle sales experience (start-to-close) is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, live chat, SMS, and email.
- Proven ability to handle objections and turn conversations into qualified opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing leads and follow-ups through CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- (Preferred but not required) Basic knowledge of the automotive or heavy equipment industry (trucks) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) with a neutral to American-sounding accent preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish/Portuguese is strongly preferred, as you'll be engaging with customers across Latin America.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CatalyzeX, you will:
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound calls, emails, SMS, and live chat.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and re-engage warm leads, guiding them toward the next step in the sales journey.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Educate prospects on product details, financing options, and benefits to support informed decision-making.
- Coordinate with dealers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely communication.
- Document all interactions in the CRM and share insights to help improve messaging, processes, and customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on inventory, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position CatalyzeX effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and conversion targets, contributing directly to the company's growth.

Rates and Expectations
- Work Setup: Remote (Latin America-based preferred)
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Rate: $10-$12/hr
- Channels: SMS, Chat, Email, Phone
- Time Zones: Eastern or Pacific
