Available Roles
We are currently hiring for two separate positions under our U.S. insurance operations team. Applicants will be evaluated and matched based on experience, skill set, and fit.


Role 1: Data Entry Specialist
(U.S. Insurance or Workers Compensation Background Required)

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately extract and input insurance policy data into internal systems
  • Review and verify policy documents, claim info, and insurance records
  • Maintain updated databases based on client guidelines
  • Cross-check information across systems for accuracy
  • Escalate discrepancies or incomplete documentation
  • Assist with summary reports as needed

Ideal Background:

  • 2+ years in U.S. insurance (claims, policies, or support)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent English communication skills
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, filters, VLOOKUPs)
Role 2: Workers Compensation Payroll Specialist
Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll and workers comp claims accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain structured spreadsheets for payroll/financial tracking
  • Reconcile invoices and support bookkeeping functions
  • Monitor deadlines and flag discrepancies proactively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to verify payroll data

Ideal Background:

  • 2+ years in payroll, bookkeeping, or HR/payroll coordination
  • Strong understanding of workers compensation payroll processes
  • Advanced spreadsheet and record-keeping skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication

Shared Requirements (Both Roles)

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies (insurance/payroll field preferred)
  • High-speed internet (min 20 Mbps), fast computer, power & internet backup
  • Noise-cancelling headset for clear communication
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Rates and Work Setup

  • Setup: Remote
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Rate: $4 to $4.50 per hour (depending on experience and assigned role)
  • Schedule: To be determined (likely U.S. EST or PST hours)
