Who You Are

• At least two years of experience in SEO and content creation within digital marketing environments.
• Proven success in content optimization and improving search rankings.
• Familiarity with content management systems, SEO tools, and AI writing assistants.
• Exceptional command of English with strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to research complex topics and present them clearly and engagingly.
• Track record of creating high-performing content that drives organic traffic.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data interpretation skills.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality blog content using AI tools and established SOPs to ensure content excellence.
• Analyze top-ranking blogs in relevant niches to identify optimization opportunities and content gaps.
• Implement SEO best practices to boost content visibility and organic search performance.
• Conduct thorough research to produce accurate, valuable, and well-informed content.
• Monitor content performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Optimize existing content to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
• Maintain and refine content creation SOPs based on performance data and industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members to align content strategy with overall business objectives.

Technical Requirements

• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection)
• Noise-cancelling headset
• Fast computer
• Power and internet backup required

Rates and Expectations:

• Full-time Role
• Rate starts at $6-7 per hour
• Work Schedule: To be determined, potentially EST or PST business hours.
