Were hiring a Recruitment Operations Specialist to support and optimize our remote hiring and onboarding processes in the healthcare tech space. Our team helps providers and partners scale efficiently by connecting them with the right talent. In this role, youll manage recruitment workflows, vet candidates, coordinate onboarding, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience from application to start date.
What Youll Do

  • Coordinate the full recruitment cyclefrom job posting and sourcing to interview scheduling
  • Screen and vet candidates to ensure qualifications align with role requirements
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate pipelines
  • Communicate with candidates at every stage to ensure a positive, timely experience
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to meet staffing goals
  • Support recruitment efforts for U.S.-based rolesexperience is a plus but not required
  • Own the onboarding processcollect documents, update records, schedule orientation, and ensure readiness for day one
  • Track and report hiring metrics and team performance using spreadsheets or dashboards
  • Identify and suggest ways to streamline and improve recruitment and onboarding workflows

  • Friendly, professional, and empathetic when engaging with candidates and internal teams
  • Confident and capable in screening, vetting, and making recommendations on candidates
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and experienced with recruitment tools, tracking systems, and spreadsheets

Must Haves

  • Solid experience in recruitment operations or end-to-end candidate vetting
  • Strong familiarity with healthcare or healthtech roles
  • Experience using ATS tools like Manatal, Workable, Greenhouse, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with onboarding coordination and candidate handoffs
  • Experience supporting remote hiring and/or high-volume recruitment
  • Experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles is a bonus, but not required

Role Details

  • Full-Time (Remote)
  • Rate: $7 per hour
  • Work Schedule: To be determined (preference for EST or PST business hours)
