What You'll Do
As the Sales Support Team Lead, you will:
- Lead and coach a team of Sales Support Representatives/Cold Callers to meet and exceed team goals.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and effective handling of customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and SMS.
- Develop and implement strategies to re-engage warm leads and drive higher conversion rates.
- Support your team in handling complex customer issues, escalating when necessary, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other internal teams to optimize workflows and enhance the customer journey.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Train new hires on scripts, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), objection handling, and customer engagement best practices.
- Foster a positive, motivated, and results-driven team culture.
- Stay updated on inventory, financing options, and company policies to equip your team with the latest knowledge.
- Conduct client business reviews and prepare summary reports.
Who You Are
You are a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record in sales support or cold calling. You can inspire and drive a team to deliver excellent customer experiences and meet sales objectives. You are proactive, organized, and communicate clearly across multiple channels.
- Proven experience leading or supervising a sales or customer support team (1+ year preferred).
- Solid background in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales, with at least 1 year of direct experience.
- Excellent multi-channel communication skills (phone, live chat, SMS, email).
- Confident in coaching, motivating, and managing a team to achieve targets.
- Comfortable managing calls, following scripts, and training team members in objection handling.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing leads and performance via CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as a team leader.
- Basic knowledge of the automotive or equipment industry is a plus, but not required.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, with a neutral to American-sounding accent preferred.

Rates and Expectations
- Work Setup: Remote
- Full-Time Role
- Rate: $6-7 per hour
- Support Channel: SMS, Chat, Email and Phone
- Time zone: Eastern or Pacific
