Position Overview
Were looking for a sharp and reliable B2B Sales Operations Virtual Assistant to support our sales pipeline and outbound initiatives. Your primary goal will be to connect with business decision-makers and introduce opportunities for them to collaborate with vetted content creators who can help amplify their brand presence and voice.

You'll play a key role in researching and qualifying leads, executing outbound campaigns, and keeping everything organized across tools like email, spreadsheets, and CRMs. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced with B2B lead generation or sales support, wed love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Generation & Prospect Research

  • Research and qualify potential brand partners, agency contacts, and key stakeholders (e.g., General Counsels, CLOs, CFOs, CMOs) using platforms like LinkedIn

  • Manually review and validate AI-generated lead lists to confirm industry fit (e.g., e-commerce health/wellness brands)

  • Identify key decision-makers and gather accurate contact data

  • Compile and maintain lead data across spreadsheets or CRM tools

  • Support Account Executives and Sales Ops with ad hoc research or special projects

Outreach & Campaign Execution

  • Send outbound campaigns and follow-ups via email, text, and calls for both agency and influencer partnership efforts

  • Manage inboxes professionally, respond promptly, and escalate leads when necessary

  • Track outreach status and engagement; keep CRMs or spreadsheets updated

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics

  • Assist in maintaining clean, organized inboxes and outreach templates

Qualifications Required

  • At least 2 years of solid experience in B2B lead generation, sales research, or virtual sales operations

  • Strong prospecting and research skills, particularly with LinkedIn and company websites

  • Familiarity with CRMs, email outreach tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Apollo), and spreadsheet management

  • Clear and professional written communication

  • Experience supporting outbound sales or partnership campaigns is a strong plus

Good to Have

  • Bonus: Experience working with AI-generated listings

  • Bonus: Background supporting Account Executives, Business Development, or Sales Ops teams

Must Have

  • Familiarity with influencer outreach or marketing campaigns

  • Experience with campaign implementation

  • Comfortable conducting outreach through multiple channels (calls, texts, and emails)

Technical Requirements

  • High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection)

Expectations

  • Rate: $68/hr DOE
