Position Summary
We're looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Sales Outreach Specialist to support our outbound sales efforts on LinkedIn and email. This is a part-time role ideal for someone with excellent written English, a knack for personalized outreach, and the ability to grasp complex B2B targeting strategies. Youll be working closely with a Sales Lead to implement highly specific campaigns aimed at senior executives (e.g. General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, CFO) at a curated list of companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Research companies from our prospect lists
- Identify relevant high-level decision-makers at target companies
- Craft concise, personalized LinkedIn connection requests
- Ensure all outreach is professionally written with excellent grammar and compelling messaging
- Track outreach effectiveness and refine approach based on feedback
Qualifications Required
- Exceptional English writing skills with perfect grammar and professional tone
- Strong research abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with LinkedIn for professional networking and research
- Ability to craft concise, compelling messages (300 characters or less)
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Must Have
- Previous experience in B2B sales development or lead generation
- Experience researching companies
- Familiarity with influencer outreach or marketing campaigns
- Campaign Implementation
Technical Requirements
- High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection)
- Noise-canceling headset
- Fast computer
- Power and internet backup required
Expectations:
