Were looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our growing team! Our AI-powered SaaS platform helps healthcare providers streamline and modernize their operations. As part of our support team, you'll be the first line of contact delivering responsive, compassionate assistance and ensuring a smooth user experience from onboarding to resolution.

What You'll Do

  • Provide timely, empathetic support to users via email and phone (as needed)
  • Assist with onboarding new customers, guiding them through setup and adoption
  • Deliver clear, helpful product training to customers
  • Collaborate with customer success, product, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues
  • Escalate more complex technical problems when appropriate
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a customer-facing knowledge base and self-service tools
  • Stay updated on product features and improvements in a fast-paced environment

Who You Are

  • Tech-savvy and a quick learner with SaaS tools
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal; neutral to light accent)
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in handling support requests
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, startup-like environment
  • Familiar with CRMs and support tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Intercom, Salesforce)
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment where customer feedback drives product improvement

Must Haves

  • Experience providing customer support for SaaS or Fintech/Healthtech platforms
  • Background working with companies like Stripe, Plaid, Square, Zocdoc, Oscar, One Medical, Chime, Brex, or similar
  • Experience building or maintaining knowledge bases, FAQs, or self-service portals
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with HIPAA, data security, or healthcare-related compliance is a plus

Technical Requirements

  • High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps or fiber)
  • Noise-cancelling headset
  • Reliable, fast computer
  • Power and internet backup

Role Details

  • Full-Time (Remote)
  • Rate: $4.50 to $5 per hour (based on experience)
  • Work Schedule: To be determined (likely EST or PST business hours)
