We are seeking a Campaign Coordinator to support the Social Lead in executing social media strategies and managing key campaign activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns aligned with client objectives
  • Coordinate with content creators and designers to ensure brand consistency
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal task assignments
  • Lead and oversee a team of social media ambassadors
  • Assist with influencer outreach and community engagement 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign efforts across functions
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports
  • Handle administrative duties, including post scheduling and engagement monitoring

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in social media management or coordination, preferably in a Web3 or have worked with a digital marketing agency. 
  • Managed multiple clients and content calendars simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, particularly Twitter, LinkedIn, and Medium.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to interpret data for performance reporting.
  • Experience in managing or coordinating creative content production.
  •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.

Technical Requirements:

  • High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection)
  • Noise-canceling headset
  • Fast computer
  • Power and internet backup required

  • Rates and Expectations:
  • Full-time Role: $7-8/hour (DOE)
  • Work Schedule: EST/PST business hours.
