We are seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist (Supervisors or Managers) with strong financial acumen to enhance our teams clarity, tracking, and execution of mission-critical analysis. You thrive in fast-paced environments and consistently deliver high-quality results under pressure.
This role is ideal for someone skilled in financial data management, spreadsheet analysis, and crafting clear, actionable Powerpoint Presentations. You'll serve as an operational anchor maintaining visibility of priorities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely, accurate communication across the team.
- Progress Tracking & Task Management:
- Maintain trackers, timelines, and status documents to monitor the progress of initiatives and deliverables.
- Identify blockers or delays and escalate as needed to keep efforts on schedule.
- Keep records of decisions, next steps, and key milestones.
- Data Handling & Reporting:
- Use spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) to manage and analyze operational data.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to support planning and performance review.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in data inputs and documentation.
- Internal Communication & Documentation:
- Prepare creative and well-organized presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides to support team updates, planning, and retrospectives.
- Write and distribute concise meeting notes, summaries, and progress reports.
- Ensure shared documents and communication channels reflect the most current information.
- Organization & Structure:
- Establish and maintain systems to keep files, tasks, and updates orderly and accessible.
- Support operational consistency through version control, naming conventions, and document hygiene.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in an operations, business support, or project coordination role.
- Familiarity with documentation and task tools (e.g., Notion, Confluence, Asana, Trello).
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets), including formulas, charts, and conditional formatting.
- Strong slide development skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides), with an eye for clarity and structure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable.
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work and follow through on deadlines.
- Background in SaaS / Fintech is not required but a plus!

Rates and Expectations
- Work Setup: Remote
- Full-Time Role
- Rate: $5-7 per hour (DOE)
- Time zone: Eastern or Pacific
