Responsibilities and Duties:
- Solution Design:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design SharePoint-based solutions.
- Development:
- Develop custom applications, features, and workflows within SharePoint on-premises environments.
- Configuration:
- Configure and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and content types to meet business needs.
- Integration:
- Integrate SharePoint with other business systems and applications as required.
- User Training:
- Provide training to end-users on SharePoint functionality and best practices.
- Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve issues related to SharePoint implementations.
- Migration:
- Assist in data migration activities, ensuring smooth and accurate transfer of data.
- Custom Scripting:
- Develop custom scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages for SharePoint automation.
- Security Management:
- Implement and manage security configurations within SharePoint.
- Upgrade and Patch Management:
- Stay informed about updates and patches for SharePoint and apply them as needed.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to SharePoint configurations and customizations.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer, with a focus on on-premises environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SharePoint development, including custom application development and workflow customization.
- Integration:
- Experience integrating SharePoint with other business systems.
- Communication:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Adaptability:
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
