Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Customization and Configuration:

    • Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements.
  • Plugin Development:

    • Develop plugins to extend the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Integration:

    • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other business systems and applications.
  • Workflow Development:

    • Design and implement workflows to automate business processes within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • User Training:

    • Provide training to end-users on Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality.
  • Troubleshooting:

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Data Migration:

    • Assist in data migration activities, ensuring accurate and seamless data transfer.
  • Custom Reporting:

    • Develop custom reports using Microsoft Dynamics CRM reporting tools.
  • Security Management:

    • Implement and manage security configurations within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Upgrade and Patch Management:

    • Stay informed about updates and patches for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and apply them as needed.
  • Documentation:

    • Create and maintain technical documentation related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM configurations and customizations.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a CRM Developer, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization and configuration.
    • Experience in plugin development, workflow development, and data migration.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM reporting tools.
  • Integration:

    • Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other business systems.
  • Communication:

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving:

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Adaptability:
