Position Overview:
This hands-on, short-term role will support our team in collecting, organizing, packing, and moving office-related items such as documents, supplies, equipment, and furnishings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable of lifting items, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize and pack office files, equipment, and supplies for relocation

Label boxes and inventory packed items

Assist with disassembly and reassembly of light furniture and equipment

Safely move boxes and materials between locations

Dispose of or recycle unneeded items per instructions

Maintain a clean and orderly work area throughout the moving process

Follow company procedures and timelines to ensure a smooth transition
Requirements:

Previous experience in office support, facilities, or moving-related work preferred

Ability to lift and carry boxes and equipment up to 40 lbs unassisted

Strong organizational and communication skills

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Schedule:
