Position Overview:
This hands-on, short-term role will support our team in collecting, organizing, packing, and moving office-related items such as documents, supplies, equipment, and furnishings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable of lifting items, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and pack office files, equipment, and supplies for relocation

  • Label boxes and inventory packed items

  • Assist with disassembly and reassembly of light furniture and equipment

  • Safely move boxes and materials between locations

  • Dispose of or recycle unneeded items per instructions

  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area throughout the moving process

  • Follow company procedures and timelines to ensure a smooth transition

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office support, facilities, or moving-related work preferred

  • Ability to lift and carry boxes and equipment up to 40 lbs unassisted

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically active environment

Schedule:
Monday through Friday during regular business hours (exact schedule to be confirmed)
