About the job Customer Advocate
Brighton Solutions is seeking a Customer Advocate to join a professional Customer Care Team located near Tinley Park. In this role, the Customer Advocate is will be involved with supporting business customer enquiries via incoming phone calls, emails, and chat messages. This is a fully onsite role.
In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for most customer interactions, providing information and service across the product portfolio.
We are seeking an individual that is capable of providing exceptional customer service and care.
Key to performing this role successfully, we would like to see broad experience that should include:
- Bachelors degree (BA or BS) highly preferred, although several years of related experience in a professional work environment will be considered.
- Minimum two years customer service experience in a formal, high-paced customer service setting.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette, conflict management, and de-escalation skills required for such environment.
- Strong teamwork
- Must possess sound experience with Microsoft products, including MS Excel, and be able to manage multiple systems at a given time.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies, procedures, and customer expectations.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business. Effective Spanish language skills for both oral and written communications (chat and email responses) would be a plus.
