Brighter Staffing Agency is currently seeking experienced and licensed Security Workers to join our team on a full-time, or part-time basis. As a Licenced Security Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. This will involve monitoring and patrolling designated areas, responding to alarms and emergencies, and enforcing company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for completing incident reports and communicating with management and law enforcement as needed.Calling the emergency line when deems necessary. 

The ideal candidate will have a valid security licence and previous experience in a similar role.                                                                                    You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.                                                                                                Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility are also essential qualities for this position.
