What You'll Be Doing

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.

  • Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat.

  • Guide users through system setups, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex IT issues.

  • Document technical issues and resolutions to improve knowledge sharing.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline support services.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by communicating solutions clearly and effectively.


What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business applications.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
