What You'll Be Doing

What Were Looking For

Must-Haves

- 2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or a similar role.

- Fantastic communication skills you know how to explain things clearly and empathetically.

- A problem-solvers mind set you love finding solutions and making things easier for others.

- Detail-oriented and organized you stay on top of things and keep everything running smoothly.

- Comfortable working remotely and juggling multiple tasks with ease.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure (but not required!).

- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software.
