As we move from MVP + pilots to rapid scaleup, we’re looking for an experienced Product Owner with a passion for education technology, data-driven decision-making, and student success.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to support the development of Bridge-it. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of K-12 education, college admissions, or career counseling and experience in product management, agile project management preferably in EdTech domain. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our product meets the needs of students, counselors, and educators by leveraging data insights, user feedback, and industry trends.

What You’ll Do

  • Product and Project Management: work as a product owner and scrum master and coordinate between product, design and engineering teams. Take high level product requirements and work with the product team to define and grooming product features, create product specifications and then work with engineering teams to implement such features.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize metrics and data analytics to drive product improvements and optimize engagement.

  • Industry Insights & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with trends in K-12 education, college admissions, career planning, and EdTech to inform product development.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a bridge between technical teams, product and design teams and Bridge-it leadership to ensure clear delineation of product requirements and smooth execution of Bridge-it agile process.

Who You Are

Education & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in Agile project management, product management preferably in EdTech domain.

- Must have experience as scrum master, coordinating with multiple cross functional teams, planning and validating product releases.

- Experience with EdTech products, student support platforms, or postsecondary planning tools is a plus.

Technical, Analytical & Domain Knowledge Skills:

- Strong data analysis skills.

- Knowledge of SQL

- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable product recommendations.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Passion for education, technology, and student success.
