About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with up to two years of experience in HR or recruitment who are eager to build a career in talent acquisition. The successful candidate will support end-to-end recruitment processes, develop strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contribute to the growth of our talent network across Lebanon and the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.

  • Develop job descriptions, screening criteria, and interview questions in collaboration with hiring managers or clients.

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.

  • Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships through regular communication and follow-up.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

  • Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry insights.

  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding coordination, documentation, and employee engagement activities when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 02 years of experience in general HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (internships and part-time roles included).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR or recruitment software (e.g., ATS systems).

  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn about the recruitment industry.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
