Service Experience - Saudi Nationals Only
Main activities:
· Providing technical assistance telephone service to customers who contact the company for clarification on how to operate and use company product;
· Supporting customers regarding the operation and use of the company's products or services, identifying solutions and providing assistance to eliminate the causes of a failure or malfunction and to ensure correct operation;
· Manage return activities;
· Transfer the problems encountered to the company;
· Ensure the preparation of reports with the most frequent causes of a failure or malfunctioning;
· Prepare training on product use and service delivery;
· Prepare training material for product technical support courses;
· Instruct and update customers and the technical support team on the technical features and procedures for installing and repairing products.
Requirements:
· Excellent knowledge of the English and Arabic.
