Responsibilities

Develop the content teams course of action the content that needs to be

created, the form it will take, and where it is to be published.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and

opportunities.

Have brand discovery calls with new clients to learn about them and their

business objectives.

Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital marketing

strategies aligned with clients' goals and objectives.

When needed and where applicable, develop digital ecosystem strategy for

clients, including platform selection, marketing automation, and retargeting

campaigns to meet business needs

Develop topline content plans and oversee the development of content,

including copy, graphics, and videos, when needed to make sure they abide by

the strategy initially set for every client.

Assist with clients' calls regularly to understand their requirements, and

provide strategic guidance.

Present strategies, reports, and campaign results to clients clearly and

understandably.

Make necessary adjustments to strategies when needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers,

and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital campaigns.

Monitor social media and digital marketing initiatives (metrics, track

campaign performance, and analyze data to provide actionable insights).

Analyze and present reports to clients, highlighting key performance

indicators (KPIs) and providing recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated with social media and digital marketing trends, tools, and

platforms.

Requirements

BA/BS in Business Management, Digital Marketing, or a relevant field.

Proven 6+ years of work experience as a strategist (agency experience is a

must).

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and

external teams.

Exceptional presentation abilities.

Analytical skills and capacity to understand user behavior through data, and

use that to shape strategic decisions.

Strategic thinking skills and ability to develop strategies that align with

business goals.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and UX design principles.

Knowledge of advertising and marketing principles and strategies.

Hands-on experience with project management tools, like Asana.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Project management experience is a plus.
