Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery across all departments.
  2. Monitor and evaluate operational performance, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  3. Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with the hotel's goals and standards.
  4. Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a consistent five-stars guest experience.
  5. Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost control while maintaining quality standards.
  6. Address and resolve guest complaints and operational challenges promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in an operations management role within a five stars hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
  2. Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
