Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery across all departments.
 - Monitor and evaluate operational performance, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
 - Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with the hotel's goals and standards.
 - Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a consistent five-stars guest experience.
 - Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost control while maintaining quality standards.
 - Address and resolve guest complaints and operational challenges promptly and professionally.
 
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in an operations management role within a five stars hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
 - Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
 
Skills:
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
 - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Proficiency in hotel management systems and operational tools.
 - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
