Conduct market research to identify potential clients, projects, and market trends within the MEP

industry.

Analyze competitors' activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning.

Identify emerging opportunities and market niches for business expansion.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals and objectives.

Identify target clients, industries, and geographic regions for business development efforts.

Establish short-term and long-term sales targets and strategies to achieve them.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand clients' needs, preferences, and challenges to tailor solutions and proposals effectively.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, negotiations, and concerns.

Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals, bids, and presentations in response to client RFIs, RFPs,

and RFQs.

Collaborate with technical teams to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals that meet client

requirements.

Present proposals to clients, addressing questions, objections, and feedback effectively.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other proactive sales techniques.

Qualify leads based on client criteria, project scope, budget, and timeline.

Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and update CRM systems with relevant information.

Coordinate with internal teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure smooth

project handover and execution.

Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to clarify project requirements, expectations,

and deliverables.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise during implementation
