Summary of the job:
This role involves developing comprehensive food safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating with various departments to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality. It aims to safeguard consumer health and satisfaction while upholding the reputation and integrity of our organization.

Responsibilities and Obligations:

  • Prepare and update when needed documents, policies and procedure related to BRCGS.
  • Manage and follow up with the quality team on their BRCGS tasks (inspection report (done by supervisors), traceability, PRP and forms, training calendar and training dates, lab reports expiry and renewal, type of lab testing and calibration to be conducted, paperwork required from other departments).
  • Conduct internal audits and collaborate with operations on the initiation of corrective action and preventative measures when necessary.
  • Follow up with showroom managers on the initiation of corrective action and preventative measures when necessary.
  • Compare last years audit report with the current standard and current available system at the client's company.
  • Create improvement action plan as part of continual improvement for BRCGS audit.
  • Create and update production flow charts, HACCP, VACCP and TACCP and any other risk assessment needed for the BRCGS.
  • Coordinate with TUV Nord Lebanon concerning audit dates or any other inquiry.
  • Prepare corrective action plan and send it before deadline to the auditor.
  • Make sure to communicate with Libnor every year so that all present standards at Global Foods are updated.
  • Follow up on customers complaints.
  • Create and update technical data sheets of Global Foods product to comply with legislative norms such as Libnor, EU or other standard as per Customers requirements.
  • Coordinates with management in areas of safety and discipline as prescribed by company policy when applicable to ensure compliance.

Profile

Education:

Bachelors degree from a reputable university

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in a similar business

Skills and languages:

Fluent in English and Arabic

Computer knowledge

Strong technical mastery in training, coaching and energizing people.

Leadership

Capable of handling multi-tasks and priorities and using resources effectively.

Highly organized and able to work in a busy retail environment.

Diligent and conscientious

Analytical thinker with strong numerical abilities

Previous experience in implementing FSSC
