Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team . As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, building relationships, and promoting our shipping services in the field. A valid driver's license and access to a car are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct proactive prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers and opportunities for new business.
2. Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects and existing customers to present our shipping services, discuss their needs, and propose customized solutions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all shipping-related inquiries and requirements.
4. Educate customers on the features, benefits, and value proposition of our shipping services, highlighting key advantages and differentiation from competitors.
5. Collaborate with the Indoor Sales team to coordinate follow-up actions, provide seamless customer support, and ensure smooth handover of leads and opportunities.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospects, addressing their specific requirements and objectives.
7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure new business and maximize revenue opportunities for the company.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for our business.
9. Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track sales activities, manage contacts, and generate reports on sales performance.
10. Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the company.
