Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office organization, manage correspondence, and ensure a well-structured filing system for easy document retrieval.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and plans while managing calendars efficiently.
  • Draft, proofread, and process contracts, reports, and other essential documents with accuracy.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Maintain databases, update client records, and ensure all administrative systems are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in organizing company events, preparing presentations, and handling general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
